Power Usage:
- Population .1
- (Lithor Population) .05
- Light Infantry .15
- Gatlin Units .15
- Mobile Suits .2
- Hover Tanks .3
- Big Tanks .4
- Fighters .1
- Bombers .2
- Recruits .05
- Scientist .1
Penalties for being without Power --
- CPU Bots are 1/2 as effective, offensive and defensive.
- -10% combat affect, offensive and defensive.
- NOOB mode only, -1% morale every hour (it only goes back up at 1% an hour too, so, you don't want this to fall)
Some of this is still in the works, especially exactly what qualifies as "powerless". To me, it should be based on power production, but, I've been reminded, there should be a reason to "steal power", and very likely, the "new plan", is if you ran out of power the hour before, it'll be "powerless". Even if you grabbed for power, or stole power, but, if you gobbled up enough, before the hour tick, and still had some leftover, you wouldn't count as "powerless".
