Privacy Policy and Use of this Website

Data Collected
The only infomation we collect about players is Email Addresses and those are purely option.

What I do with this Data
The email addresses are used solely by Legions of Tercia to notify players of news about the games (typically round resets). They will never be sold or transferred.

AIM
I don't give out any information on other players over AIM (or ICQ,email, etc., I use AIM). Some people think I should, but I don't, and I'm not going to.

Data Security
No information directly connected to the internet will ever be 100% secure. I rely on the nice, talented folks at my ISP, to provide for the majority of the security for the data I collect. I will consider any attempts to breach their security, or mine, a criminal act, hopefully prosecutable to the fullest extent of the law.

Missuse
Anyone missusing this website in any manner, will likely be removed from the game system. This is totally at the discretion of the site owner (me), the Game Master (me, again). This includes the obvious, using multiple accounts to take advantage within the game, this includes "friend" accounts that happen to be nice targets. This includes the use of any client software to access this site besides mass-published browsers, Internet Explorer, Firefox (which is the browser this game is tested with), Netscape, WebTV, Game Console browsers, and cell-phones. Largely, anything which is mainstream, and not a script tool.

Foul Language
This site is a zero tolerance site when it comes to using foul or explicit language. It's a game, have fun with it, but vulgar names and/or improper game messages, will be dealt with via message locking first. If you have any doubt about whether certain words or language are offensive, please consider them offensive, and choose more polite options.

Examples of ok things:
Die, Die, Die!
You're a back-woods, cave-dwelling hermit, and I'll crush your pathetic armies!
Die, Scum!
Soon, you will know the power of the Dark Side...
You twerp!
Eat Blast Rifle, Lithor Dog!

We don't need examples of not-ok things, you know what I'm talking about.

Let the wicked conquer, the meek cower, and the game grow.
